The one biggest disadvantage of having a girl best friend is that the whole world thinks you are together. Including your parents. And they simply assume that you two will end up together one day.

This has got to be the biggest casualty. And sometimes you just want to tell your girl BFF to stay away! Stay the hell away. While sometimes she brings her cute friends along and you are more than happy, most often than not, she doesn’t. And no matter how cute or charming you are, other girls just assume you and your girl BFF are a couple. Even friends of friends eye the ‘only friends’ tag with suspicion, and are wary of flirting with you. Safe to say, you will remain single for eternity.

Nobody believes that easily. They smile that all-knowing smile that says you are either lying or you don’t know it yet. No matter how much you convince the girls, they just don’t buy it.

She Gets The Free Drink
Now this is plain injustice. Why should only ladies get the free cocktail, day in day out. Nobody ever thinks of the poor men who end up paying as stags, as well as when they are with a girl. You wrap up work on Thursdays because it’s ladies night and at least one of you guys will get free unlimited drinks. She can drink to her heart’s content. Oh but you could not drink too much anyway – you have to drive and drop her back home, remember?
